How to Create an Account
Get started on SoundBridge in just a few simple steps
Step 1: Go to the Sign Up Page
Visit SoundBridge and click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the page. You can also go directly to the sign-up page by visiting /auth/signup
Step 2: Choose Your Sign-Up Method
SoundBridge offers two ways to create an account:
Email Sign Up
Enter your email address and create a password. Make sure to use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers.
Social Media Sign Up
Sign up quickly using your Google or other social media account. This is the fastest way to get started!
Step 3: Verify Your Email
After signing up, check your email inbox for a verification email from SoundBridge. Click the verification link in the email to activate your account. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
💡 Tip:
You can resend the verification email from your account settings if needed.
Step 4: Complete Your Profile
Once your email is verified, you'll be asked to complete your profile. This includes:
- Your display name (how others will see you)
- Username (your unique identifier on SoundBridge)
- Profile picture (optional but recommended)
- Bio (tell others about yourself)
