Why You Need a Bank Account
To receive payments from SoundBridge (from ticket sales, service bookings, etc.), you need to connect a bank account through Stripe, our secure payment processor. This is required for security and legal compliance.
Step-by-Step Setup
- 1Go to Your Dashboard
Navigate to your dashboard and click on "Payment Setup" or "Connect Stripe"
- 2Enter Your Information
You'll need to provide: your full name, email, date of birth, and address
- 3Add Bank Details
Enter your bank account number and routing number (or equivalent for international banks)
- 4Verify Your Identity
Stripe may ask you to verify your identity with a government-issued ID
- 5Complete Setup
Once verified, your account is connected and ready to receive payments!

International Accounts
Stripe supports bank accounts from many countries. If your country is supported, you can connect your local bank account. The setup process is similar, but you may need to provide additional information based on your country's requirements.
